I just got a five star rogue from my five star crystal . She is my second 5 star beside Cyclops i have the materials to rank him up. Should i save the materials to rank up my 4 stars?

    She's a great champ !!
    She decreasses the duration of any debuffs on her.
    Special 1 replicates buffs + heals her.

    Special 2 power steals.
    Special 3 power steals + activates 1 buff that she prev replicated with her L1
