  I was excited because I thought we’d be getting basic attacks with the swords or guns but they only make an appearance on the SP2 and SP3. Feels like wasted potential. Oh well

  I did too. I thought that she would have such awesome agile and fluid attacks with unique weapons. I am sad that they did not take the oppurtunity.

  Awesome character design. The sp3 looks sick, but there’s not much they could innovate with guns imo. The ending makes it for me. Her basics do look a little weird tbh. Hopefully she feels smooth to play

  I would like to note, that the slow gameplay in the video probably does contribute to at least the basic attacks feeling how they do. I cannot say the same for her specials though. Maybe once her whole rotation is going, the quick specials and basic attacks will feel better than they appear now.

  I usually reserve judgement till she’s in my hands. I agree, I think the sp2 looked a little too slow? Almost a little awkward transitioning into it

  Her movements don't seem to have an impact effect, idk if it's the slow pacing or some kind of visual error, but , How do I put this?.... Her attacks feel like they have no weight to them, it's like she's dangling mid air punching at nothing
  
  It gives off the same feeling as seeing behind the scenes action choreography, like the actors are moving slowly but in a meticulous way to make it look like they're doing it in real time for the scene.

  During the sp3, as she' moving in with the gun, I got that john wick vibe, approaching the enemy slowly at 0:29 of the video.

  I don't have a problem with her attacks. What makes the video look a bit clunky to me is how she's just blocking a bunch of attacks all the time. I count nine blocked attacks in total. Like, is she unable to parry attacks? That dragged down the tempo a lot and I don't understand why they kept it in the video.
  
  That being said, I love her SP3. A few quick slashes with her sword, walking in with the rifle blasting away, and then unleasing right into the POV? *chef's kiss*

  I do like her sp3 where she drops the machine gun and sword to pull out the double pistols. Her expression is priceless, the close up showing her little smirk is great.

  You're watching a data miners' video. They don't have full access to everything. If you watched the stream today, there were several things missing from this video that showed in the actual deep dive video shown on stream.
  
  How animations work isn't a result of how much money a company spends. They are paying the champion designer; they aren't paying someone per animations. It all boils down to who is designing that campion and what abilities that champion is going to have.
  
  There isn't anything wrong with questioning how animations work or why they seem different but throwing in "its more expensive to make" is just silly and an uneducated remark.

  Whether they’re paying animators, character designers whoever doesn’t make a difference. You get higher quality product from higher-quality people / firms. Higher-quality people command higher fees.
