It's under the Unit Purchase offers on the WebStore (after you correctly login to WebStore), not a promo code.

It is free, but grouped together with the Unit Purchase offers.

If your account is in the Negative (Red Units), you do not qualify to get it.

That was a joke, code shown above.

There was a Code at end of STREAM, but that was for some Weekly crystals, NOT Poolies.
(and that has expired by now too, although said it would come back later on via Twitter ?
