Fear passive on White Tiger not working

I made a post earlier not knowing how fear passive works but now it seems like it's bugged entirely. Here on Critical Eye node the opponent gains unblockable when you hit with a crit but fear should be removing the unblockable but it's not

    It doesn't specify "unblockable buff" it just says unblockable ability accuracy so it should work against all buffs and passives

    Isn't there a global that makes nodes immune to ability accuracy reduction? Or is it a path node only?
    Sorry if I'm mistaken it's been a minute and I kinda glanced over them anyways😂

    I agree. If she's supposed to shut down unblockables, then she should be able to do this to ALL unblockables regardless if they're passive.

    They might not be counting an unblockable charge as a unblockable effect the same goofy nonsense as the counterstrike fury node not being an actual fury *sigh*

    Is it possible to get a definitive answer on this? I’ve seen unblockable happening when fear is up on a few occasions and it’d be really helpful to understand how this mechanic is supposed to work.

    Ya, I have a 6* r5 sig 200, and this has been happening to me too. Idk, @Kabam Miike is this functioning properly? On my end, I haven’t had a fight where the fear passive worked. At least, I can’t recall one.

    Seems to be. I was just doing another run of the side-quest and unblockable is still triggering when fear is active.


    Would be really helpful to get a response and have the bug verified by the team.

    Also fear reduces unblockable ability accuracy by 100% so any champ or node where you can't reduce ability accuracy counters white tiger

    I think the issues is that these nodes treat the unblockable like a guaranteed thing, similar to how critical resistance doesn't stop guaranteed crit (although it used to lol). So the reduction from fear isn't working properly

    Kabam devs - will the interactions shown above be fixed with the update in the next release to make the way unblockable works more consistent?
