Who are some good heroes to use against captain America Sam Wilson in 8.4.5?
Also, how best to fight against him?
Is Angela a good choice?

Anyone who can counter auto-blocks is a good choice.

Or just don't use specials. His SP1 is easy to counter, so just take your time, punish his SP1, and keep trucking.
