Mutant cats for 7* Quicksilver???

Trying to do a rank up and it wants me to use mutant cats for a science champs. Is this correct?

    From a purely comics standpoint, yes and no. He was initially depicted as a mutant, but later retconned to be a result of High Evolutionary's genetic experiments. So if MCOC wants to pay homage to the comics, he would need a combination of science and mutant class catalysts.

    I thought this was an easter egg to Quicksilver's pre-retconned origin as a mutant and child of Magneto. Just like how Karnak requires both cosmic and skill class catalysts to rank up
