Ascension Query

Hello Summoners, I have just received 200 Tier 2 Primordial Dust from the Cavalier Omega Event. Has anyone got any suggestions on who I should Ascend, I have a fair few 6*s (No 7*s as of yet), and feel like one of them deserve to be ascended.
Primary Options: CGR (Awakened - R4), Herc (R3 - Awakened), Scorpion (R2), Red Mags (R2)
I have a few other options as well, but these are the ones I use the most. So any suggestions are welcome, and I'll respond as to whether I have that champion or not.
Currently working on 6.1.5 and struggling with my; CGR, Herc, Claire Voyant (5*), Omega Sentinel (5*) and Scorpion.
