I think Kabam has given the uncollected ones a special quest,a special crystal and also the title but maybe they should add a uncolleced arena the reward is 5 star featured hero for 1-10percent player and the other people would just get some 5 and 6 star shards.
Sorry for the first option to say crystal it was meant to say Arena
