Earned Paragon yet Paragon Event Quest still locked.

The Paragon Event Quest is still locked. I’m Paragon. I 100% Explored Thronebreaker Event Quest. I have over 4 Rank 4 6 star champions (18 actually, and 3 Rank5).

I've been through it, back in March, and messaged support about it. This is what they replied to me:

"Hello Summoner,

Thank you for contacting Kabam Support. I understand that you are now a Paragon titleholder and have completed the "The Serpent and the Destroyer" Event Quest on Thronebreaker Difficulty.

I would like to start by confirming some functionality for these Solo Objectives. Importantly, the tracking of progress for a Solo Objective only begins once it is active".

You would have had to explore TB difficulty AS a Paragon. You don't have the objective as a TV so there's no way to get the key. it comes after getting the title. The only way to get the key after is to contact support. Given that new content drops in 1:20 mins, Not sure you'll get the key in time.

Yes, the LOCKED pop-up description is sort of misleading or technically inaccurate.

The Lock is that you need a Key, and how to get the Key is that you have to have the Objective to explore TB EQ, and how to have the Objective is to be Paragon.
And that once you explore TB EQ, and didn’t have the Objective yet, there is no way to “Re-Do” an Explore again once you *do* get the Objective upon reaching Paragon.

Good news is that this new month starting today, you will be able to do this.
