This is comment is as valid as searching on web MD; but go check with a real doctor cause it could be serious.
Besides this, check your lifestyle. Eating and drinking habits and rest. Cultivate healthy relationship.
All the best, I hope you’re okay and go check it out with your doctor.
also clean your screen occasionally.
and these are all from personal experience..
Although Glasses are NOT really the point of my comment here.
A little technical about eyes (maybe news to some ppl, maybe others know already) is that if your eyes aren’t a great 20/20, that reading or playing the game in brighter light will actually be easier (more clear) than trying play game in lower light environment.
Your pupils get smaller (the actual visual opening portion) in brighter light. And that causes any poorer eyesight (curvature and focus-ability of the lens of the eye) to be spread across a smaller portion of your poorly curved lens of the eye.
Which results in better clarity (less fuzziness).
That's why squinting in a dark restaurant to read the menu helps out (lessens the amount of space that your eye is seeing thru, so less curvature anomaly then).
While in poor light, your pupils open up larger (ie, cats in the dark, or when you get eye-dilating drops during optometrist visit), causing a larger area of your poorly curved lens of the eye to be in play. Resulting in more fuzziness if you are not 20/20.
So if you are having harder time playing on your screen (or reading book, etc), then make sure you are in a well-lit room.
I like watching really good players play because you know they gonna win.
Swipe tappers on another level.
I believe this is not a major issue. It could be because we are focusing on the same point for a long time, which causes eye strain. After taking a short rest, the vision normalizes."
Possible Causes:
1. Eye Strain: Continuous focus on specific areas, especially in visually intensive games, can stress the eye muscles, leading to temporary blurred or double vision.
2. Screen Glare and Contrast: The game's brightness, contrast, or high-motion visuals may contribute to the problem.
3. Refresh Rate or Screen Flicker: Certain games may run at refresh rates or settings that strain your eyes more than others.
4. Individual Sensitivity: Some games might have elements like flickering lights or sharp color contrasts that uniquely affect your eyes.
Why Vision Returns to Normal:
Taking a short break or closing your eyes relaxes the muscles, allowing your vision to normalize after a brief rest.
Recommendations:
1. Follow the 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
2. Adjust Game Settings:
Lower the brightness or increase the contrast.
Reduce motion blur or effects that might strain your eyes.
3. Screen Adjustments: Ensure the screen is at eye level and maintain a comfortable distance.
4. Blink More Often: Staring at a screen reduces blinking, causing dryness and discomfort.
5. Use Blue Light Filters: Enable a blue light filter or night mode to reduce eye strain.
6. Monitor Symptoms: If this persists, consult an eye specialist to rule out underlying issues like astigmatism, binocular vision problems, or dry eye syndrome.
