Plat 3 alliance LF 2 before war season, AQ map 6, 3 BGs raids, no BG requirements

Some of our guys are retiring after the war season ends so looking for some seasoned veterans to replace them.
War is super important so would be best if you have tier 2 war experience. Will be pushing for plat 2 so should be capable of dealing with common defenders and minibosses.
We run map 6 for the free raid tickets (~5k Glory weekly) and do raids with 3 bgs.
There are no strict Battleground requirements. That being said, we usually finish around the 8 mil milestone and land in the top 10%.
