The answer is always yes. Act 8 is about the same difficulty as act 7 with wayyy better rewards.

Act 8 bosses are the easiest... Only 8.2.6 may need revives. Even that's not too difficult. Other 3 bosses are super easy

It’s definitely worth doing and doable with moderate skill.Glykhan and Bahamet require a little practice but again absolutely doable for an average player
