Raid bug

Hello!

I would like to inquire on behalf of myself and I think many of my fellow players whether there will be some kind of compensation for the raid errors. so we don't enjoy the game and the time spent and the ticket that was the entrance is not recovered. I have video recordings of the errors.
someone competent in the matter should be so kind and tell us what to expect!

    We lost our role charges after a couple runs against the 3rd mini boss (guardian). So far I have been told that there aren’t going to be any updates and that compensation would be received only if it affected the community at large and not the individual.

    It also doesn’t help that my teammates game is bugged as and he can’t use any items/open crystals, log into his game. Its glitching hard

    IIRC losing role charges is connected to someone of your BG was force closing the game to avoid a death.

    it would be great to read good news from someone official about what will happen now. will there be a normal raid or will there be a faulty raid like this next time, because then I'd rather not enter...
