Which tech needs the r3 most?

No war, no AQ (except raids), no necro exploration. Just story (act 8) with monthly eq and side quest to explore and BGs....
Your opinions and explanation much appreciated. Ohh..and I have no personal preference for any of them..

My boi. He absolutely destroys literally everything. I used him on the crucible 7.1 rhino and solod him ez.

Red skull is a dual threat. But guardian is a nuke at r3.

Needs? Warlock because he doesn't hit big.

But I prefer red skull or Shuri.

Honestly, any of them is a great choice. I just like Warlock’s ease of use and versatility and believe his damage output will benefit most from going to R3 of the champs you’ve listed. But really I can’t see any of your options being a wrong choice. My other choice would be Guardian depending on how high his sig level is.

What is his sig. Around sig 120 is good. And max sig is even better
