Bugs in Act 8

in Bugs and Known Issues
I’m trying to complete act 8 and each time I hit Terrax boss in Chapter 4 quest 4, it doesn’t deal any damage even though it’s showing I am. I’ve had to back and and thus losing health and time trying to complete.

    Happening in all content. Game is completely broken. First time I’ve seen that.
