Emma changing from Diamond to Telepath and vice versa

If Emma reaches 1 bar of power before the opponent she switches from Diamond form to Telepath, does Emma immediately revert back to Diamond form when the moment the opponent enters the same bar of power?

    Mine's awakened and whenever I'm fighting Bullseye, I heavy to get to 1 bar or power quickly, change to Telepath form and right before I get to 2 bars of power while Bullseye has 1 bar of power Emma switches back to Diamond form, I get evaded and countered.
