Cannot login, stuck at loading (iOS)

in Bugs and Known Issues
Issue: logged out of kabam account to login as alt. Could not log back in. Game stuck at loading splash screen. Un-installed game and reinstalled, same issue. Issue happens on both cellular and wifi. I also logged out of game center and tried logging in and issue still persists.


Device: iPhone 15 max pro
OS: ios 17.6.1
Carrier: AT&T

    Update: restarted phone and at first game wouldn't load, all black screen. Closed app and restarted game, could login again.
