How can a link my account so that I can use the Store if my original account is lost.

I started playing this game about a decade ago , on an Android phone , I switched to an iPhone and I can't link the account that I have been using to take advantage of the Web Store and other things. I created a ticket damn near every year and get the same run around and horrible treatment from customer support. With all the money I spent on this game you would think they would value me as a customer and at least listen to me. This is so frustrating Help please

On the android you used, where did you login for MCOC account ? If your old android is running and has same MCOC installed with progress details stored locally You may be able to recover and save your account on the old phone. Then sign into a KABAM account.
Was it with KABAM or Google gaming (on Google you must have had a Google Gmail account) ?
I initially created an account with KABAM and used that to save all progress for years.
So now on any new phone I just login to KABAM.
If you haven't previously created account you may not have saved your progress.
With KABAM account the platform does not matter, just login to KABAM in the MCOC menu and it should all be good on any phone.

Man I tried that when I had the phone but I could not see the purchases , the email I used was an old school account and that school doesn't exists , I even contacted google cause this was purchased from the google store , they said it was too long ago.
