Raid ticket refun

So Kabam, when are we getting our Raid tickets refunded? Many folks live month to month on resources and rely on building up Raid tickets from AQ to minimise spend. We spent out 180 tickets last week (for nothing) and will struggle to enter this weeks Raid without that refund…. Sort it out please and get either a zero cost entry to this weeks raid or a refund sorted… BEFORE IT STARTS. The expense for the incompetence of your systems / staff shouldn’t be paid for by the player base. You’ve had time, all we’ve had is silence and inaction.

So, still no refund as Raid starts - only a woefully inadequate compensation that falls so far short of being sufficient its laughable. Nice one Kabam, way to engage people with the game.

That initial Compensation (pic in other threads) went out to EVERYONE.

Others, which should be the Raid Tickets, as well as same as Prior AQ, will come later.

Not sure if those will be in 1 or 2 separate ones (Raid Tix for what you used this past week, versus prior AQ week Same Rewards)

Because those are specifically targeted, and based on individual (or Ally) rewards. Unlike what just came already above.

Problem with that is that it ended 6 days ago and so they were in the office for 3 days after that and it still hasn't happened.
