What happened to Kabam's ability to communicate?

The clock is still ticking on our unclaimable compensation and there has been little to no communication as to when this resolution will be resolved. It used to be when something this impactful happened we would see a big announcement at the top of the forums, just letting us know that they're aware of the issue and they are working on it, but it seems that ever since the team was rebuilt, the communication has practically stopped.

What's going on? Where are our updates? Why can't kabam see how frustrating it is to go days on end without so much as a "sorry, we're aware of the issue and we're working on it." Isn't it someone's job to supply the forums with updates, timelines and general info?

There is talk if u look at the aq comp post where they provided an update saying it be later today and didnt do it yesterday as they done testing to make sure it was working and had to rebuild

Uhm they did say, you just didn't see lol. They are trying to fix it, I think as of yesterday they said it would take at least a day more

The last post by a mod, said that they would check in with the team in a few hours, that was yesterday... where's that check in?

I can't see an official post of this but there was an update on the comp that is currently bugged in game right now I will attach it to this message

There are some posts that hit the discord hours before it does on the forums I will admit it would be nice if they hit at the same time or close to the same time but with community team switching around we will just have to be patient.
