Assuming having 31 tech sigs which i think to invest on my 6* guardian if there isn't better 6* option above those. Personally think for shuri.

    Ultron at high sig gains more utiliy as it allows him to counter incinerate and shock. Otherwise, Guardian is also a good investment

    I have a lack of sigs but i can go with both of them but you hace different opinions.
