After downloading update, IPAD Pro cannot load the fight

I cannot enter a fight and get stuck on the loading screen with lots of flickering. Ipad Pro. Updated game after lunch today.

If you turn on screen recording the fights load normally, if you turn it off it breaks again. Is this a frame rate issue?

Thanks for the temporary work around. Hopefully kabam gets their act together and pushes a real fix

On discord the mods have said they are aware and working on fix just they havent put an update on here about looking into it just hope its not another day since having to put record on just to fight in aq its a long day

I confirm. At the start of the battle, the screen starts to blink, the loading screen remains, and the sounds of the battle start to play.

When I recorded this during game, FPS was 39.

When I started recording before game, FPS was 30 and there was no flickering. Weird.

I haven't played other games, so I'm not sure if this is a common issue with mobile games. However, the company launched a new update that broke functionality on almost all iPad Pro devices, and there hasn’t been any announcement even three hours after the launch. I believe this game won't last long if the company continues to treat its users this way.

Just shared an announcement, we have a hot fix coming soon to address this issue. In the meantime if you're on iPad we recommend not updating if possible.

What about those that already updated though? Like i updated when saw it as wanted to test the buffs try them out and i have to use the recording on my ipad just to do fights

Someone posted a workaround earlier in the thread, its not ideal but it does allow you to play in the meantime while we work to get this out hopefully in the next couple days

Not ideal? How can we be expected to play the game like that for any relevant amount of time? AQ, AW, Big’s, Arena, and everything else happening in the game right now. Like I know it’s not the community teams fault, but this the kind of bug that should never be allowed to happen. Period. Nevermind it happening in the middle of the build to the ten year anniversary.

The workaround is untenable. I'm not sure how a multimillion dollar company could release such a game-breaking, shoddy update on what's supposedly a milestone anniversary.

Same here loading up before battling and then never finishing loading and lose the battle.
