Now that everyone is aware of the fact there will be Luke Cage and Red Hulk buffs I think its semi safe to assume that kabam will be reworking on future champs, and sense its just 2 of them we could assume that they will be working on 2 champs of a specific class at one time so I wanted to include this limit for fun. For me it would be
Skill-NetflixDaredevil and Karnak
Cosmic-Kamala Khan and Carnage
Tech- Iron Patriot and Green Goblin
Mystic- Loki and Iron Fist
Mutant- Cable and Gambit

    Mutant - Colossus (increase dmg based on armor) & Magneto (scrap white & red versions and give red version the same protection as white but always active instead of only at low health)
    Mystic - IF (needs some kind of chi regen) & Loki (illusion based evade?)
    Cosmic - KK (boost speed that she stacks fury and add perfect block chance) & Carnage (needs to actually do dmg)
    Skill - Falcon (should start locked on when duped rather than having to activate redwing still) & DD Netflix (Increase his base projectile evasion to 50%)
    Tech - Hulkbuster (needs some kind of overload/regen)/IP (stop stripping armor permanently after overload)

    Nothing huge here but I think these improvements would help these guys out.

    I know these aren't "bad" champions...they're more like Rulk...average champs I want to see give a new ability to increase viability

    Can people not include champs thay have already been changed in a way already such as black bolt who can be really good by the way compared to a much more needed buff for a champ like venom

    This is all opinion so people can include whomever they want. I actually like Venom better than Black Bolt. Every 10 seconds he gains a permanent buff and he's fast and causes bleed. Black Bolt has to be duped in order to be good.

    Loki doesn’t need to be buffed he just needs to be on a team with Hela and RagnaThor

    His main use is for prestige and most of his other factors are pretty underwhelming and its disappointing for one if the most iconic villains
