9.1 boss bug update from kabam support

Even after tens of thousands of dollars of money spent on this game over 10 years maybe $100,000 I can’t even get a couple potions for this bug that had me stuck at 1% health. …I repeat …a virtual compensation for actual money was all I was asking. Thanks kabam.

Same response that we got for the VFX bug a couple years back. It’s gonna get glossed over and you won’t get a thing from them.

Its a bug where u cant damage and u get softlocked only way to get through is support refreshing the fight back to 100% lost items and restarting which also means lost items u cant just do heavy bait as ur stuck

If you're spending $100k on this game, why are you worried about a couple of potions?

Why not just start the path over? It's not like it's Everest content.

I see you are still here defending kabam at every turn. How much do they pay you let’s be honest? Have you ever heard of saying…”it’s not about the money it’s about the principle”? So tell me guys would you as a company not give someone essentially only what they used back? Which is a virtual item that has 0 monetary loss or value to you as a company yet makes the customer happy? Would you risk thousands in chargebacks?

Btw can yall imagine if it was so called Everest content? 😂😂 imagine kabam making tens of thousands off morons who ran in first day to complete and paid a fortune in either time or money. Though likely the beloved kabam content creator employees would complain and then they would at least compensate them or maybe not 😂. I’d imagine as a company they probably have some kind of protection against any bugs causing people to lose actual money and time. They could probably legally sweep under the rug.

If that happened to me I would straight up just restart. I dont know why you kept spending/reviving.

You know its a bug yet you keep on going at it.

Also its act 9. Why are people reviving? Just keep restarting till you have the perfect run rather than complain about having to revive. Its 6 fights then boss.

And I really dont know why you had to call out fyre like that. "Admit they pay you". Like seriously just because you aren't getting replies that YOU would like , does not mean that he is wrong.

Its not our fault you and everyone knew it was bugged yet you thought "mmm.. let me spam revives knowing its not doing damage".

Rather than logically thinking. 1) Restart and check if I can kill her or 2) wait for a fix before running it again. Spending does not give you special privileges. So I dont know why you had to include "spent $100,000"

Luckily it wasn’t. You’re spending that much money. And you know it was a bug. It one you for keeping trying it that’s simple 7 fights would had taken your the time writing all those posts and emails would even save you from disappointment. The mail you got you shouldn’t be treated differently then anyone els just because you spent so much
