Which is the best pick from these 7* options?

Hey guys,
I am closer to exploring Necropolis fully. However, I do not know which champion to choose from the Launch pool selector. I do not have these champions below, and I do not know much about how to use them. Please help me pick the best.

If you do BGs alot, Sasquatch. Not only one of the best defenders but also a really good attacker. Otherwise Titania, Hulk, or Bishop.

Bishop is the best two way champ out of that bunch. Hulk, Titania, Sassy all close seconds.
