Finally I completed path 1 from Necropolis and I got a science 2-3 rank up gem.
Who is the best choice for my first science r3 champ?

Titania is complete powerhouse of a champ. She is very tanky can nuke down any opponent even skills. Her haymaker is such a clutch ability. R3 Titania is just that girl.
