Banquet rewards holds a rule that player should be in alliance for at least 14 days prior to it's commencement.
I am a day late in joining an alliance since i was removed from one.
How will it affect my banquets alliance rewards??

I would think you need to wait until 14 days from now before opening any banquet crystal so that your crystals are contributed to the alliance, there would be a timer showing how many days are left before you can contribute in the banquet alliance event
