utterly pathetic and an insult to our “10th anniversary”

i have nothing positive to say about this event, the worst drop rates i have ever seen, the bland banquet is a rip off and if you’re reading this save your money/units, trust and believe.

The feel good rewards have always been from lucky RNG and milestones and ranked rewards. It's always been that way. Why are yall surprised it hasn't changed?

Because they said they heard us last year but it was too late to fix it so they’d do better this year. And because Crash’s comment implied better drop rates. And because it’s the big 10 year celebration. Any one of those is enough to change expectations and all 3 together set folks up to expect at least above average crystals instead of what feels like a small step above daily valiant crystals with these drop rates.

lucky rng when opening 10-15 maybe 20-30 and getting a jackpot item, not opening 100 and getting 1k titan shards and the rest is t6cc t5cc, thats 30,000 units we're talking about

You have no understanding of what the "vast majority" is.
There have been a good number of complaints today so I understand the hyperbole, especially in the forums where it's a more focused view. I think the banquet pull thread being mostly positive alongside this one with understandable frustration and complaints demonstrates, as always, there's going to be a range of reactions and feelings towards just about any event or action in game. Think it's important to have this space though for folks to voice their frustrations as long as we can keep it respectful. Keep it focused on us and on the specifics, we can take that back to the team and discuss. Attacking fellow summoners (and this isn't directed at you demonzfyre I was just initially replying to your comment) and/or kabam staff isn't productive and those comments are more likely to be removed. But as long as the criticism is constructive we want to hear it.

IMO, I enjoyed the event milestones & thought the associated rewards were satisfying... I really liked the "Gotcha" box although I thought it should spin (& I didn't get the champ I wanted though... LOL)... now the drop rates for the SBCs for my account were just dismal ...they were so bad I kept searching for some other crystal to spend units on instead of the SBCs...the only win associated w/ the SBCs for my account was that I purchased less crystals than I had initially allotted for this event...unfortunately because the SBCs were so awful I am done w/ this event for this year...at this point I am just trying to not focus on the countless ISO that was obtained & it was a lot of ISO...LOL ...Happy Holidays everyone, wishing everyone a safe & joyous holiday season...

Unfortunately, that's how they roll. Recent kabam Ls include: removing stuff from thd bg store, choosing not to buff or nerf champs that need it most (serpent, leader) and never listening to community feedback, especially on banquet

TBF, I opened 40, and got no T4A, no titan shards and no sig stones.. really disappointed, especially as @kabam John saying on the banquet reveal stream, " there's gonna be alot of throne breakers with rank 3s running about" when talking about the crystals, insinuating the drop rates are stacked.. very misleading and overall extremely disappointing.. I am so glad I spent on cyber and saved earned units and banquet tokens. I would have had major regrets

Yeah this grand banquet is an absolute dumpster fire. What makes it the worst banquet over last year is that for weeks now Kabam have been propping this up as a fantastic event to celebrate 10 years. Well guess what… it’s utterly disappointing. I spent 15k units (which I earned, not paid for) and the greatest “rewards” I got was 17k 7* shards, a quarter of a titan crystal… and that’s pretty much it. The rest was just fluff and filler. T5 CC, T6 CC frags, gold, iso, and some minuscule sig stones.

I spent the equivalent of $650 CAD in units just to get the most lacklustre and disgusting rewards ever. I’ll say this, if the Christmas gift this year for valiants isn’t worth it, the sour taste of the banquet is going to turn away a lot of players.

And it was okayish, Pulled BPCW, I don't know if that's good or not, Yet.

This thread is cooking something I can't smell. Lol. People actually don't like this. Maybe I don't care enough about these events to understand their side. I'm alredy demoralized by rng fiesta rewards for clearing all carinas, which took massive effort but costed no units.

It's the rewards relative to the milestone and how big Kabam made it out to be. If it was 9th or 11th year, then maybe rewards would b acceptable 🤔

This. I’ve opened something like 68 in total. If they improve the drop rates I’d want all the crystals I’ve opened again for a chance at the new drop rates, which they are not gonna do. The most we could get is more resources added into the solo and realm rewards but I doubt that would happen either.

The whales will keep whaling so I guess kabams thinking on this is it’s our choice to get them or not, the quantities were available ahead of time. The guaranteed value is in the solo, realm and rank rewards and that’s what the crystals are for, the actual crystals contents are just a bonus.

If I could turn back time I’d absolutely give this a miss and save my units. The crystals opening should be exciting. This was honestly depressing.

Another constructive comment: there’s really not a good reason in my opinion for the T7b, especially at 5% chance in super small amounts.

I’ve pulled it 3X, which was exciting until I realized this is the amount I need to form one.

I need three for a R4–something I really don’t need and didn’t expect to get close to from this event. Amassing more would require my alliance to finish Top 10 or for me to finish Top 3% solo.

Including such a new and rare resource as a 5% drop in tiny amounts feels very off, in a similar vein to the huge amount of T6c I commented on above.

I know its a drop in the ocean, but putting these glorious champion 7 star sig stones in these lower tier milestones is taking the piss a bit. The amount of people that are duping one of those 6 champions is so astronomically small

I have saved my units for most of the year to spend on this event and have been disappointed with the superior crystals. I was going to spend 15k in units but luckily stopped after only spending 4k units. I was only expecting 50% filler but for me it’s closer to 100%. If it was not for the milestones I would not have any 7 star shards from the event.
