Level is not increasing

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hello I’m at level 60 and I’ve collected a lot of Xp points but my level is not increasing. Why ? How many Xp are needed to reach level 61? Blu bar is always at the same point

    Maybe 2 months worth of major playing, per just 1 Level.

    You need to collected refined XP (gold), which is worth 1000x what blue XP is

    In the daily super event, summoners Sigil objectives, and solo objectives that are put out

    “Refined XP” item (maybe gold color, not the game currency gold).
    Think only available for people who are Valiant.

    3rd Milestone of Daily Super Event (in your Solo Events list), etc.
    Basically just counts as 1000x of normal XP for that Milestone, etc, compared to XP you earn from quests.
