Not able to collect my banquet alliance reward

Hello all
I joined my alliance a week before the banquet event started and I’ve been contributing points to the alliance. I had to wait 5 days in order to collect the rewards which should be today, but when I logged in it’s now giving me the option to collect the rewards. Plz help me
