Alliance Banquet Rewards

Hey lads, was really looking forward to recieving the alliance banquet rewards, however now that im eligible im not able to get any of the previous milestones? Is there any way this could be fixed since Its quite unfair that im not elgible for any of the rewards previously, needed those t6 class catalysts and 7 star shards...
If anyone is facing the same issue please let me know!

    I think if you open a banquet crystal it will give you the rewards, try just opening the cheapest one
