Isophene sig ability not stopping Serpent’s cheat death?

Marked passive activated just fine, but death immunity still activated. This was on node 46 in AW.
She has a 125% marked passive and Serpent has a 125% death immunity. Am I not understanding something? Shouldn’t this just straight up stop the death immunity?

So it has to be the node interaction.
Hence the failed marked passive which makes isophyne a junk soon as she is released. Lol.
