EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CONCLUDED

The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.

Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.

Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.

We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.
Additionally, all summoners can expect a general compensation package due to this Emergency Maintenance interrupting their play session.

I'm unable to fight due to fog taking up the entire screen. Tried with 2 champs.

    I had the same problem and the common suspect is Guardian, he seem to be the cause of the fog, I was using Guardian in my case.

    Lots of bugs this December update.

    I'm also facing issue with Valiant daily and 4 hours crystal not showing to be claimed. I had to visit Kabam Market to sign in and claim it. This update is buggy at the moment

    I went to do some of the Corina's challenges in Act 7 and this is also happening every fight. Why are these bugs getting worse and worse? What is going on over there?

    No man. I had to brute force it with Adam warlock. Only thing that saved me was adam would go unblockable. Without him I probably wouldn't have attempted it. Probably used 10 revives like that.

    @Ashish_Goyal that's not a bug. It's been gone for quite some time in-game as they were replaced with the super daily event.

    So if players are stuck in this fight in Necropolis and decide to run it while we can't see, will there be some compensation so that way we can unlock our champs and do other quests...like Autumn or Agony?

    I sent a help ticket to Kabam for this and the response I got was acting as if they have never heard of this issue before. It's all over their forums.

    I've also been having the same glitch while doing a spider-ham fight in AQ map 6. It's been happening for a while too. Has there been any word on the fix?

    Is there any update on this since it's wasn't fixed in the January update? Do those of us stuck in Necropolis just have to eat the resource loss and fight without being able to see guardian so we don't lose out on AoA rewards?

    Hey, it still seems like a bug as it is it showing under Crystals. Plus, you can still claim the daily one from Summoner's Market and 4 hours crystal is automatically reappearing in the Crystal vault. Definitely a bug

    No, not a bug.

    It's only still showing under Crystals Tab if you actually still have some unopened, either from before, or claiming via WebStore. Or maybe (if still showing there, but none actually owned), as still a placeholder for your seeing any there you might get elsewhere. But you can't claim new ones from there, just open ones you have.

    They have been removed from the old 4-Hour or Daily Crystal Claim from Home Screen of game.
