Can’t enter Paragon Gauntlet

Is anyone else having this issue? Or should I submit a ticket? I already collected the gauntlet ticket.

I'm having the same issue, 100% Throne-breaker and claimed the ticket. Now the objective is gone and the gauntlet is still locked..
