Having trouble logging in to my account

Normally i use two devices to play MCOC. Unfortunately I found out that i couldn't log in to my account on one of my device. What's the problem here?

Kabam ID (email/password) ?
or Google/Apple Game/Play Center ? (is that device actually logged into xxxCenter ?
