Loki flawed against Ultron - act 5.4.6 [Not A Bug]

Hey folks,
I just submitted this issue to Kabam ingame and wantzd to know how many other players experience the same problem. (btw they are fine with me posting this here...)
Against the final boss, my 4*r5 Loki does not work properly, he randomly does not steal the opponent’s buffs... this of course is an issue when it comes to steal Ultron’s regeneration.
I have been told Kabam will have a look at this, so I am waiting until this is fixed before wasting more units. Anyone else having this issue ?
