Who gets the 4* Tech Awakening Gem?

I'm leaning Kang because I won't be able to dupe until next gifting event, if ever. But how pissed will I be if I pull Starky next week?

After Kabam nerfed him, Kang became trash. He’s more a trophy than anything else. That being said, Spark DOES get better if you dupe him, but he doesn’t need it. I’d save for SL who’s literally useless unduped
