cant raise a support ticket

in Bugs and Known Issues
i need to raise a support ticket but when trying to submit the ticket it says my email is wrong. the email i am using is the attached to my mcoc account. the same one i use for the webstore and to login here. Not sure what to do about this since i cant raise a ticket.

any advice?
