New Saga for Phoenix, but Phoenix isn't a Saga champ?

So we get a new Saga to introduce Jean, Bastion & reworked Cyclops & Phoenix, but both Cyclops & Phoenix aren't Saga champs!! What's up with that?

Technically they're still to be revealed soon seemingly, they could very well get added when they get buffed
