Nova possible bug in BG's

Courrent BG's meta, gladiator circuit.
He began the figths with unstoppable active, which have sense due the node, but he also have unblockable, besides he refresh the unstoppable and the unblockable pasives every time a dex him as you can see in te video..
I don't recorded at the began of the figth but you can see how he refresh the passive durations even he don't gain any fury effect.

When he dashes , he gets an attack increase. That is probably coded as a fury effect

When I dex sp1 he also refresh the timer, is something similar to dashes attack?

I don't know if it is intended. Just saying that might be a reason
