It happens on mobile. Try making a poll on a computer, or switch to desktop mode.

Click the button save, it will take you another screen where you can add more epoll options

This happens every time I make a poll on mobile. Click save, and it will bring you to an option to add more poll options.

For Mobile the save option works as @captain_rogers and @Darthbane3141 has suggested.

Yep always happens, just try submit poll with one option and then it will make you put the other options in
