Act 7 chapter 1 exploration/ missing unit offer

Hey guys.. i just fully explored act 7 chapter one but didn't get the unit offer.. if i remember correctly exploring chapter one gives you a unit offer.. did they cancel it?

There was never an exploration offer.
Only on completing any chapter.

Oh ok.. then its my bad.. i remember seeing
a vid for prof hof about a act 7 chapter one exploration offer.. but apparently i was mistaken
