Killmonger's bleed is bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
His bleed from his critical hits are not stacking like it should. Everytime the opponent bleeds it refreshes instead of stacking (with the exception of the sp3 bleeds which is the only one which stacks)

Anyone else notice/is bugged by this?

    Pretty sure that is always how Killmonger has worked and it’s never been a bug.
