I used War Machine a lot when I was starting out in the game, like the first two or three Acts. He's fun to play and the prefights are nice and does good damage.
I don't really view War Machine as any less or more deserving of R4 than Wiccan.
Both are fun and bring something to the table, but neither is a "business decision" R4.

It's their account & they can chose to rank whomever they want is probably the simplest way to understand it

Wonder if War Machine gets those spits turning fast enough with his sup'd up mechanics, that they turn into “yeeroscopes” ? And that's how he maintains his balance while in flight.
