So this makes it what, the 4th time since Twitch drops have been introduced and the 4th time they haven't worked correctly?

How many times do you guys have to fail to realize that something needs to change?

I wanna push back on this slightly. It is true that some players had issues with drops previously. However, from what we can see the majority of folks were able to collect twitch drops without an issue in previous iterations. The (still important) minority that had issues is something we want to work to improve on, but fundamentally the system worked.

This time the campaign was not live at the correct time, which is a separate issue and one we will review and make sure is corrected.

Ultimately, codes or drops need to have a purpose behind them for us to justify giving them away. We want to work towards giving better rewards but for that to happen we need a system like drops that rewards folks specifically for watching, not just entering a code. There have certainly been roadbumps along the way but its a system we're committed to working with and improving on.

I appreciate the feedback and understand the frustration, but just wanted to lay out our perspective here. Thanks

honestly just send them out to everyone, it wouldn’t hurt to give the small bit of rewards from drops to everyone considering how much bugs there has been.

Not saying this should be a compensation, but what I am saying is that since we most likely won’t see a full actual compensation, atleast give us a little something disguised as the twitch drops

Dont take the complainers that seriously. The code wasnt THAT hidden. It just isnt working.

It’s working as intended. Kabam posted yesterday that it was to “get em before anyone else” not that all who get the codes get gifts. It worked fine for the first guys and then reached redemption for everyone else. Because they told us it was for the fastest ones who claimed the code first,Not for everyone only the fastest ones. So yeh it worked as they announced and intended them too.nothing is broken or not working. It’s a matter of not reading and assuming everyone who heard the code gets gifts. It was a game of fastest of claim em solely

Good thing I don't care really; but for the people that do.. is there a ball to drop at all?

Any word about the "hidden code" to me I understood what happen via time zone and gather you guys are working on it, but what about the hidden code and it saying we have reached the redemption limit yet no one as far as I've seen here on the forums has received anything and all have gotten the message of redemption limit reached.

It did work. To those it was supposed to. It wasn’t a gift for anyone who got the code it was for “the fastest who claimed it before anyone else so get em before anyone else does” they weren’t meant for everyone but meant for the fastest ones only. It’s dumb but it was announced and made aware yet no one listened and now is claiming it’s broken 😂😂😂

Kabam has the stream give away for premium rewards. But drops and codes should be for everyone. The traffic you get in the store should justify the event codes alone. A secret code for 2 people only increases traffic for 1 hour an event code increases traffic over weeks.

Actually he is telling the truth. When codes were first introduced, everyone could use them. Now Kabam is trying a “fun” new system that only allows 2 people to get them. His comment is that next they will only allow codes if you have spent. Not sure where they lied as that is all true. They did not say Kabam said everyone could use today’s code.
