Between vox or sim, both are similar in terms of speed for bgs, vox has more utility and dot while sim is just pure damage. Vox is more fun and has more uses imo so go with him.

Vox has undermine, vigilance, the most buffs in the game, and massive degen.
SIM and Sersi are cool but way less useful. I actually don't recall the last time I saw Sersi or SIM in someone's BG deck, whereas I see Vox all the time.
