Who to rank 4? 7 star skill champion

I did epoch of pain and I got a skill 3 to 4 gem. I was wondering who should I rank up. Currently I'm undecided between bullseye or okoye.

Hit monkey, okoye or bullseye. However if you’re not desperate in another r4 right now then perhaps wait to see patriots buff. I know it’s a longshot but who knows, maybe they buff him to be amazing.
