Where are the 8% mystic boosts from the loyalty store

Where are the 8% mystic power boosts from the loyalty store they have been missing for 4 months now and we need them for war, I have put in so many tickets about this and it just gets ignored.please just put them back in the loyalty store it can't be that difficult, 4 months is a joke.

Sometimes there is a random one which is missing from that store. (like there is a limit that can appear in that store, and they need to increase it so that all of them will fit and appear)

If you count those boosts by class, one class or another will have 1 less than the others.

Are you sure it has been THAT SPECIFIC one, for 4 months straight ?

It has been different classes at different times over the years when occasionally looking (or when occasionally mentioned up here).
