It's a full rework not just a buff so I doubt they've even decided on a concept yet. It will be at least 6 months until release like cyclops has been

Probably pretty vanilla. She’s a Wolverine… she’ll have Regen and Bleeds. I’m sure they will come up with something else to make it a bit more modern too. But the core concept probably doesn’t waiver too much.

She not long won we wont know how big or how it be till they talk about her closer to her buff date which is still a while away

My guess it'll probably be something innovative that we don't have in the current Wolverines in the game like maybe some bleed or some cool regen ... even better than Sinister's regen or Gorr's .. maybe do something wicked like make the regen unaffected by ability accuracy or a passive so it can't be nullified.

I've been waiting for a champ that does bleed and regen at the same time. If they throw in a bleed that works on everyone maybe call it an 23Xshableed or something that would throw her over the top.

So many possibilities with her possibly being the only Wolverine that can do crazy bleeds and regen.

To be fair, people also said that about Colossus and Hulkbuster. They try to keep core concepts, but that still leaves a lot of latitude to make changes within the core concept.

In fact, my recollection is the biggest gripe about Hulkbuster before his rework was released was that since his core concept was purely defensive, there was little doubt he was just going to be a beefed up defender. Which was about as wrong is you could possibly be, even though in fact Kabam did more or less keep his core concepts unchanged. There's a lot of options between concepts and implementations.

She has Death Touch.
One touch and u degenerate 5% health each second for 10 secs.
In addition to adamantium claws coming out of her hands and feet, she can shoot adamantium spikes out her wrists.
Her adamantium claws, when they cut into the enemy, siphon 5% health each hit.
Because of her young age, she has increased vitality.
Means she's faster, each hit is critical, and she's more focused, increasing her ability accuracy.
She can also do diving attacks which has 10% for lethalty.
