Which science champ to level up?

Unfortunately for some weird reason or weird rng, I don't have any 7★ science champ. I have waited for those 6★ lock god tier science champ to rank up. I also don't have those champ. Now I want to rank 5 a 6★ science champ. Because I need one. So which science champ will help me more? Which will be best choise?
